I was recommend this product to help me get into a deeper rest after the gym so I gave it a try. It actually helped me shut down at night. I woke up the next day ready to move weight again and felt a lot better because of this product. My muscles are feeling well rested and after 3 weeks I'm seeing noticeable gains.
